great location but communication via whatsapp felt odd
The superb location made it easy to explore all the major attractions. I appreciated the daily restocking of complimentary drinks and snacks, which were a lovely surprise. The room was consistently clean and had a pleasant aroma, enhancing our comfort during the stay. It was a nice touch that the atmosphere was welcoming, making the space feel more like home.
However, I found the absence of face-to-face communication with staff a bit disconcerting.

A hidden gem with charm
The lively street offered endless entertainment and the clean and cozy room made us feel right at home. The coffee machine was a nice touch that added to our mornings!
The stairs could be quite daunting, especially at night, and lacked an elevator. Also, the shower needs some maintenance as it didn't function perfectly during our stay.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the Spanish Steps and Saint Peter's Square. The location was prime, and the daily cleaning was a nice touch. Remember, there are several flights of stairs to the rooms, but it’s worth it for the experience.
The only downside was the absence of an elevator, which can be tough after a long day of exploring. Just be prepared for the climb!

Couples getaway with some bumps
So we had a nice stay overall. We arrived to a lovely bottle of champagne waiting for us which was a nice touch! Plus, if ya ever need something, the staff is right there to help you.
Wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you pay for what you get.
